Magelang — Indonesia’s 8th President, Prabowo Subianto, kicked off the first day of the Merah Putih Cabinet retreat with a morning exercise and marching drill session at Pancasila Field, Military Academy, Magelang, on Friday (Oct. 25).
Cabinet ministers and deputies were woken at 4:00 AM to prepare for the physical activities and marching drills.
Upon their arrival, they were met by Prabowo, who had already arrived as the first on the field, setting a disciplined example for his team.
“The core of every effort is discipline, followed by loyalty — loyalty to the Indonesian nation and state,” Prabowo remarked.
During the session, cabinet members were divided into five groups, each guided by three marching instructors.
The drill concluded with a group photo in a command pose.
The Merah Putih Cabinet members then proceeded to Borobudur Golf, where Prabowo gave the opening address and initial briefing, followed by further training sessions conducted by various instructors. (RR)
