Magelang — On the final day of the Merah Putih Cabinet Retreat, Indonesia’s 8th President Prabowo Subianto, along with ministers and deputy ministers, gathered for a morning exercise session at the Military Academy in Magelang, Central Java, on Sunday (Oct. 27).

Starting around 6:00 AM, Prabowo and the cabinet members exercised together in coordinated blue uniforms adorned with a Garuda emblem on the left side and matching blue caps.

Afterward, members of the cabinet shared their thoughts on the retreat experience. Deputy Minister for Higher Education, Science, and Technology, Stella Christie, highlighted the bonding benefits of the three-day retreat, mentioning, “There is a science behind the bonding we experienced, sir. It’s proven to have its benefits,” she remarked.

Prabowo, listening to Stella’s feedback, responded with humor, jokingly saying, “Then maybe we should make it even less comfortable next time,” drawing laughter from the ministers and deputies.

To close the retreat, Prabowo and the Merah Putih Cabinet captured the moment with a group photo in front of Prabowo’s tent, punctuated by their spirited chant.

“Merah Putih!” they shouted in unison.

Afterward, the group prepared to depart by road to Adi Sucipto Air Base, approximately a one-hour drive, for their scheduled flight back to Jakarta at 11:57 AM WIB. (RR)
