Jakarta – Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto signed the Presidential Decree on the Appointment of the Supervisory Board and Governing Board of the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BP) held at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday (24/2).

‘Today, Monday, 24 February 2025, I, the President of the Republic of Indonesia, sign Law No. 1 of 2025 on the third amendment to Law No. 19 of 2003 on SOEs and Government Regulation No. 10 of 2025 on the Organisation and Governance of the Danantara Investment Management Agency,’ Prabowo said.

Prabowo also signed Presidential Decree No. 30 of 2025 on the appointment of Danantara’s Supervisory Board and Governing Board.

‘I also signed Presidential Decree No. 30 of 2025 on the appointment of the Supervisory Board and Managing Board of Daya Anagata Nusantara, Danantara Indonesia,’ Prabowo said.

Prabowo then took the pen on his right side to sign the document in front of him. He then said ‘bismillah’ before signing the three documents.

‘Bismillah,’ Prabowo said as he raised his pen to sign the first document.

‘Bismillah,’ Prabowo said again as he moved on to the next document.

In carrying out capital management and capital reallocation, Danantara will be directly supervised by the President of Indonesia, assisted by a Supervisory Board (chaired by the Minister of SOEs) and an Advisory Board.

Danantara will invest in sustainable and high-impact projects in sectors such as renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, and downstream industries, which are expected to contribute to the achievement of Indonesia’s economic growth target of 8%. (RR)
