BOGOR – Several nutritious meal trial kitchens have been set up in various regions, including one in Bojongkoneng, Hambalang, Bogor, as part of Prabowo’s initiative. The program aims to enhance the nutritional quality for students in the area, serving 2,545 beneficiaries. Besides impacting children, the program also provides employment opportunities for locals, such as the kitchen team members who prepare the nutritious meals, including Siti Nurhasanah.
“I am really happy to have a job now, especially one so close to home. Before this, I was just a housewife,” she shared on Sunday (18/8/2024).
Siti expressed her satisfaction with the nutritious meal program initiated by Prabowo, imagining it being enjoyed by her own children and grandchildren in the future.
“For me, it’s very delightful. I imagine cooking for my own children and grandchildren, so I cook with love,” she said.
She hopes that the program will continue in the future and mused about the benefits it could have provided during her own school days.
“Perhaps I would have been more enthusiastic about going to school,” she remarked.
