Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto has vowed to enhance government communication with the public, acknowledging that many breakthroughs and policies implemented so far have not been effectively conveyed to the people.
“Ladies and gentlemen, we have accomplished a great deal since the cabinet meetings began. However, perhaps due to the sheer number of initiatives, breakthroughs, and policies we have introduced, our communication with the public has not been as clear or as intensive as it should be. I believe we must improve the way we communicate with the people,” Prabowo stated while opening a plenary cabinet session at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Friday (March 21).
Furthermore, Prabowo urged all leaders to be magnanimous and open to criticism and suggestions, even in the face of persistent challenges.
“Nation-building is a long and arduous struggle, with its ups and downs, crises, and repeated foreign interferences. We have often faced disruptions, but now, all elements of leadership must rise above them. We must accept criticism with an open heart, refuse to be divided, and focus on working for the people’s welfare,” Prabowo emphasized. (RR)
