Bogor — President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, exercised his voting rights for the 2024 regional elections (Pilkada) in Hambalang, specifically at TPS 008, Bojong Koneng, Bogor, West Java, on Wednesday (27/11).

Prabowo arrived at the polling station at 08:41 WIB wearing a safari shirt and brown trousers. His arrival was warmly greeted by local residents.

Prabowo waved to the crowd and greeted the residents before heading to the polling booth.

“Pak Prabowo!” the residents exclaimed enthusiastically.

Inside the voting booth, Prabowo cast his vote by marking the ballot paper.

Afterward, he showed the ink-stained pinky finger of his right hand to the media.

“Secret,” Prabowo said with a laugh.

Furthermore, Prabowo delivered a message to whoever is elected as a regional leader, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing cooperation.

“Yes, in every election, there are winners and losers, but cooperation is key. Those who win must lead for everyone, and those who lose must work together,” Prabowo stated.

“The important thing is to work for the people, to serve the people,” he added. (RR)
