Jakarta – Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has affirmed that the performance allowance component of the Holiday Allowance (THR) for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), including civil servants, PPPK, TNI and Polri will be given in full 100%.

‘Tukin is 100%, the provision is reminded by the Minister of Finance 100%,’ Prabowo said at the State Palace, Tuesday (11/3).

Prabowo said the THR given to central civil servants, TNI/police members, and judges is equal to basic salary, inherent allowances, and performance allowances.

Meanwhile, regional ASNs are given the same as the central ASN and according to the ability of each regional government. As for retirees, it is given in the amount of monthly pension.

The THR and 13th salary policy has been outlined in Government Regulation (PP) No.11 of 2025 which he has signed.

‘THR is paid two weeks before Eid, disbursed starting 17 March 2025. The 13th salary will be paid at the beginning of the new school year in June 2025,’ Mr Prabowo said.

The THR and 13th salary in 2025 will be given to all state apparatus at the centre and in the regions including civil servants, PPPK, TNI and Polri soldiers, judges and retirees with a total of 9.4 million recipients.

‘Hopefully, this policy can help people manage their needs during homecoming and during the Lebaran holidays,’ Prabowo said.

He said the government realised that public mobility would be very high during this holiday. Therefore, the government has also issued various policies to help the community, such as:

– Decreasing the price of airline tickets. At least 13-14% during the two-week Eid holiday period.
– Discounted toll tariffs and transport during the Lebaran homecoming.
– Provision of THR for private employees, BUMN, BUMD and,
– Hari Raya bonus for online drivers and couriers. (RR)
