Boyolali – Less than 100 days in office, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has fulfilled his promise to start implementing the Free Nutritious Meal program for students in 190 points spread across 26 provinces today simultaneously, Monday (6/1).
One of them was at SDN 1 Donohudan, Boyolali, Central Java. In this school, there are 136 students from grades 1 to 6 who started receiving Free Nutritious Meals. The menu provided today is rice, meat, vegetables, and milk.
SDN 1 Donohudan Principal Sri Sunarti said the implementation of the Free Nutritious Meal program was well realized at her school.
She explained that food from the public kitchen is distributed to schools around 8am.
“We really feel that it supports the habits of great Indonesian children so that in the future it can produce a young generation that is truly superior and reliable in all fields,” Sri told reporters on Monday.
“Hopefully this activity can run smoothly so that we can all benefit from the Free Nutritious Meal program,” she continued.
