Jakarta — Members of the Indonesian diaspora, including students living in Middle Eastern countries such as Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt, have expressed their optimism and high hopes for the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto.

Similar thoughts were echoed by Muhammad Munirudin and Muhammad Syarif, two other Indonesians residing in Turkey. They appreciated Prabowo’s personal attention and his willingness to engage with them directly.

“He [Prabowo] was enthusiastic, asked how we were doing, where we studied, and even gave us the chance to have an extended discussion. With the meeting between the Indonesian and Turkish presidents, we hope it leads to stronger cooperation going forward,” they said.

In Qatar, Rifki Nur Muzaki, representing the Indonesian community there, also welcomed Prabowo’s visit with enthusiasm.
