Bogor — Prabowo Subianto, Chairman of the Great Indonesia Movement Party (Gerindra), officially confirmed the composition of the Central Executive Board (DPP) for the 2025–2030 period on Friday, August 1.

Under the new structure, Prabowo Subianto retains his dual role as Chairman and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad has been appointed Executive Chairman, Sugiono as Secretary-General, and Satrio Dimas Adityo as Treasurer-General.

The official document was signed at Prabowo’s residence at Garuda Yaksa Padepokan, Hambalang.

“We express our gratitude for the continued support of all Gerindra Party cadres,” said Secretary-General Sugiono.

Sugiono emphasized that this moment marks a renewed commitment for the party to strengthen unity and solidarity, particularly in supporting the administration led by President Prabowo Subianto.

“This is our collective effort to help him fulfill his oath of office as President of the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the 1945 Constitution and all applicable laws,” he added.

Sugiono also expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in him to serve as Secretary-General, and extended heartfelt gratitude to his predecessor, Ahmad Muzani, who served in that role for 17 years, from 2008 to 2025.

“On behalf of the Great Indonesia Movement Party, I convey our deepest gratitude and highest appreciation to Mr. Ahmad Muzani, who served as Secretary-General of the Gerindra Party from 2008 to 2025,” said Sugiono.

Sugiono, who also serves as Indonesia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, concluded by thanking Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the newly appointed Executive Chairman, for his enduring contribution to the party since its inception.

“We also extend our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Prof. Dr. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, who has been with us since the founding of the party, and who has played a key role in building and strengthening Gerindra to what it has become today.”
