President Prabowo Subianto has affirmed his commitment to national transformation ahead of his 100-day tenure as President of the Republic of Indonesia. In his statement in Sumedang Regency, West Java Province, on Monday, 20 January 2025, the President conveyed the commitment of the Red and White cabinet to work hard for the welfare of the Indonesian people.

‘The important thing is our intention to work hard. And I am very proud that my team, my cabinet works very compactly, tirelessly. They said that in our cabinet there is no red date,’ he said.

The President also conveyed the concrete performance of the cabinet ranks who continued to work on New Year’s Eve to ensure various aspects of the government ran smoothly. According to him, this was done to ensure efficiency in a number of fields.

‘You can see that on New Year’s Eve, all ministers are working. Not only in the office, but at monitoring points. Alhamdulillah, the end of the year, the new year went well. Fuel prices are under control, food prices are under control, and aircraft prices have fallen for the first time in the history of the Republic,’ the President added.

On that occasion, the Head of State also asserted that the hard work of the Red and White Cabinet was carried out to provide the best for the people. The President is optimistic that his administration can work fast and carry out serious development transformation.

‘We are optimistic. I have seen the evidence, I have seen our real capabilities, we will carry out this transformation development seriously and we will work very quickly. We will work very extraordinary,’ he said.

In the spirit of optimism, the President also expressed his gratitude to all levels of government who have worked hard to realise the vision of national development and transformation. He underlined that all policies taken are directed to increase the prosperity of all Indonesian people.

‘Sometimes there are misunderstandings, let’s solve them, let’s fix them. The intention is to bring progress, the welfare of our people. The intention is to eliminate poverty, the intention is to eliminate hunger, the intention is to increase prosperity for all Indonesian people, the income of all people must increase.
