London — Indonesians expressed pride in witnessing President Prabowo Subianto’s moment with King Charles III at Buckingham Palace. Prabowo shared the moment early Friday (22/11) WIB on his Instagram account, @prabowo.

In the comment section of the post, an Indonesian citizen in London recounted waiting and observing Prabowo’s state-level reception, even from outside Buckingham Palace gates.

“Pak Prabowo was received at Buckingham Palace in a state ceremony. Yesterday we observed from the expansive area, witnessing this historic event alongside several others, including representatives from former British colonies. Proud to see this,” wrote user @sestri_g.

Other netizens shared their pride in having a charismatic president.

“Honestly, sir, after 10 years, I finally feel like we have a real President again. I can sense the charisma of leadership,” commented @seringdenger.

The user also expressed hope for Prabowo’s leadership to focus on improving education quality and human resources.

“I have high hopes for your leadership over the next five years. Please prioritize improving education quality, our teachers, and human resources. With well-developed human resources, our country will gradually advance. My big hope is for human development, not infrastructure at this stage. I am also striving to develop myself and my family as quality contributors to our nation. Bismillah, as you fight for our nation, I will do my part as well,” @seringdenger added.

Another netizen highlighted Prabowo’s global influence, contrasting it with previous presidents.
