Prabowo Subianto Concludes U.S. Visit: “Collaboration is Always Better than Confrontation”

Washington, D.C. – Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto concluded his official visit to Washington, D.C., emphasizing the importance of collaboration over confrontation.

Prabowo made this statement after meeting with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd James Austin on Wednesday, November 13, at 12:15 p.m. local time.

“We respect all powers, but we will always uphold our sovereignty. However, I choose to seek opportunities for cooperation,” Prabowo remarked.

He emphasized that collaboration strengthens partnerships and mutual respect among nations.

“I believe that collaboration and cooperation are always better than confrontation or conflict,” he stated firmly.
